NEW GROUP POLICY!

Norwegian Cruise Line group policy guideline.

We have important information for you regarding a new policy change. As of June 16, 2008, NCL has a new policy for moving FIT Reservations into a group. ALL groups will now fall under the same policy:

New Policy Guidelines:

• The program code used in the FIT reservation must be applicable to groups.
• FIT reservations can be moved into an existing group regardless of the sailing color code and even if the group is not open to additional group business.
• FIT reservations can be moved into an existing group provided full payment has not been applied to the reservation.
• FIT reservations can be moved into an existing group up to two weeks prior to sailing.
• Existing group allotment will not be affected by FIT reservations that are moved into a group.
• FIT reservations will be moved into the group at the FIT price point, the commission, payment schedule and deposit amount, will be based on the group’s terms and conditions.
