When we sign someone up as an ITAP only and they do not join as an RT what do we earn when they book travel?

At this time travel commissions are paid only to the agent that created the booking.
Because of the commission dollars needed for CLIA and/or IATA cards, I feel that it is fair that commissions be paid to the booking agent only. Thanks PTN
I fully agree. Also, it seems that it only looks at the 70%, but should be 75% since that is the true commission made, just not paid out until we use it in travel.
Is there a compensation for recruiting somebody who joins PTN only as a Customer Representative and not as a Representative Trainer?
Compensation is only provided when there is an ITAP product sales. There are no commissions or bonuses paid for recruiting CRs or RTs.
