5 Tips to Having Success with Your Recruiting

posted by Blog Admin

1. Value

If you want to sell people with your speech you have to show them your product and business has value. You want them to know clearly how the product will better them and anyone else that uses it. It is vital you research the product in-depth prior to recruiting so you know everything there is to know about the product. It will make it much easier to sell.

2. Training

There are far too many programs that simply try to sign people up only to leave them as soon as you join. Because of this many people have a bad impression of MLM programs. You want to assure every person you talk to that you will be there for them. Whether they need advice or training material, they need to know you are there for them.

Calling All TDs!!!

posted by Ron Huffman

With the next International training event only 3 very short months away I want to encourage all NTDs…RTDs…and TDs to get as many of your downline to this event. Why??? Because you are a LEADER and chances are you’ve personally experienced the power of those events. Share that power with your downline. Teach them to duplicate that and watch their team and yours grow to unbelievable depths.

Also when you get your teams there…bring your team spirit. We here at PTN corporate do all that is within our power to make these Events more than a convention but the truth of the matter is that it is YOU that makes it an EVENT. So bring those banners…bring those flags…bring anything you can get your hands on to show everyone what your team is all about and that you are a TEAM and that you’re focused…driven…and destined for success.

The DCR Technique: Deflect, Connect, Redirect

posted by Scott Allen

The fine art of turning spammers into prospects.

If you’ve spent much time on MySpace, Facebook, Ryze, DirectMatches, et al., you’ve probably received dozens, if not hundreds, of messages from total strangers telling you about their product or program. In some cases, these are obvious automated spam — no real profile, photo that looks like a model, etc. In other cases, though, it’s pretty obviously a real person actually trying to make a living online… just like you.

deleteduser.gifNow the ones that don’t seem to be real people, I just flag as spam and move on, but the others… well, if you are doing affiliate marketing, network marketing or any other kind of business opportunity, they are your prime audience. Think about it:
